ASUS NUC 13 Rugged - cannot make working

Hi I have the same problem but never plugged in wan, just restarted. Are there any new insights or fixes. I disabled aspm, EEE, even swapped lan and wan ports. But still WAN drops and admin interface is sometimes unreachable.
