Cant access internet after removing Squid

I couldn't get squid working properly (web filtering) and so decided to remove it. I deleted all NAT and Firewall rules, and uninstalled the plugin.
I still can't access the internet though.
Any ideas?

So, apparently there was some issue with DNS (i could ping 8.8.8.8 but couldn't ping google.com). An 'ipconfig /renew' sorted this out.
