Following update, I noted that the ISC DHCPv6 server was in "stopped" status and my ISP IPv6 assignment was empty /missing.

In the logs I see:

Error dhcp6c transmit failed: No buffer space available

after a reboot.

Running `dhcp6c` from command line also throws that error.

# dhcp6c -d -D -i -f igb1
Feb/22/2024 12:04:50: extracted an existing DUID from /var/db/dhcp6c_duid: 00:01:00:01:2d:53:25:87:00:e0:67:1f:25:28
Feb/22/2024 12:04:50: reset a timer on igb1, state=INIT, timeo=0, retrans=891
Feb/22/2024 12:04:51: Sending Information Request
Feb/22/2024 12:04:51: a new XID (35b804) is generated
Feb/22/2024 12:04:51: set client ID (len 14)
Feb/22/2024 12:04:51: set elapsed time (len 2)
Feb/22/2024 12:04:51: transmit failed: No buffer space available

I also note that checking updates, plugins, etc. goes into a "Waiting for another process..." state for 20+ minutes (and still counting) post upgrade - so "rollback" isn't yet possible...

Any hope?  Suggestions to "unstick" things?  Other data that would help debug?

+1, I do have the same behaviour with the exact same error. Only a reboot fixes the issue.
