Rebooting on 24.1.1

I have a Chinese built 4x2.5 GB port that has been running for almost a year now virtually problem free.
I upgraded to 24.1 a couple of days ago and I noticed it rebooted on its own a number of times. I opened the machine up and reseated the RAM and checked that everything seemed okay internally then I upgraded to 24.1.2 and the problem seems to have gone away.
I thought I would relay my experience in case someone is encountering similar difficulties with 24.1
My problem could have been hardware related but it seems odd that it occurred shortly after I upgraded to 24.1 and "appears" to be okay under 24.2

Are you running your OPNsense on baremetal or as VM ?
If VM, then by any chance, aren't you experiencing this:

Thanks for the reply. I saw that post when I visited earlier but I am running on Baremetal.
It seems that after 4 hours, it has rebooted again so my good fortune has ended which would seem to suggest a hardware issue so need to figure out how to troubleshoot that!

First step would be to run a memory test on it and also check for overheating.
