Ovpn custom options fail

i've used this argumments at last 7 years to notify login and logout but now doesnt work, anyone can help me?
the script content doesnt matter,at first option when try connect says wrong credentials (if i remove the script the credentials work well) the second option crashes the Opvn daemon.
client-connect /root/scripts/openvpn-telegram.sh;
client-disconnect /root/scripts/openvpn-telegram.sh;
script-security 2;
other option i've tryed
Up /root/scripts/openvpn-telegram.sh;
Down /root/scripts/openvpn-telegram.sh;
script-security 2;

If you are really posting about pfSense and not OPNsense, you are on the wrong forum. Different product.
