Fresh install of 23.7.12 - UPNP non-functional , NAT issues

Earlier today out of frustration, i wiped my OPNsense box.

i then reinstalled fresh off a new USB image, 23.7. then followed with the system update to 23.7.12.

after the system update restart, i fixed my PPPoE on my WAN interface so i would get internet, it came up 5 seconds later, i then reinstalled os-upnp and rebooted again after enabling it.

i then opened up steam on my gaming PC, left the "status" page open for UPNP on my other monitor, and launched anno 1800 , i saw no UPNP port mapping pop up and was met with strict NAT.

is there a way to solve a strict NAT on opnsense? i only need it to function for a single PC, no consoles or anything of the like as of yet, as i am currently renovating my home.

any help would be greatly appreciated,
i will note anno 1800 is the fastest launching game that shows NAT status that i have, the same NAT status is also displayed in call of duty, PUBG, and a few other titles.
