trouble with tunables loading NIC module

I have a Chelsio T440-CR, which works when I run "kldload if_cxgbe" every boot. I've read that setting "if_load_cxgbe" to "yes" in tunables is the way to do this automatically, but it doesn't seem to work. I've attached a screenshot of the GUI--did I do it wrong?

It's 'if_cxgbe_load' if memory serves me right.

In theory there is no difference between theory and practice. In practice there is.
