x710-da2 in an gen4 x4 port?

X710-da2 is a full duplex dual 10 gigabit card pci gen3 x8. Will this be bottlenecked in a x4 port?
pcie gen3 x4 can manage 32Gbps
However since nic is full duplex I need to count on 40Gbps would mean it will be bottlenecked?

Yes, in the mentioned scenario (full-duplex on both ports) the PCIe 3.0 x4 would be a bottleneck. It would be about
4.85 GB/s for both ports and 3.93 GB/s for the PCIe port.
But how realistic is this scenario of sending and receiving on both ports at the same time? I guess you would never experience a bottleneck in real world usage.

Ok then I was correct.
Yes I guess in real world I will never reach it.
Just abit annoying that I can't use the x16 slot connected to cpu since that doubles power consumption of the system.(cpu c states..)
