My address (173.20.x.xxx) was deleted, dhclient exiting

Greetings All, I am running opnsense 23.7.9 on a mini pc, https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0899N2L6T/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1.

Whenever my ISP renews my wan ip the dhclient exits and fails to restart without a manual reboot.
I have reviewed previous instances in the forum and found similar issues but no clear cut solution.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
