If the connection appears to contact the server successfully but stalls on the actual download, how can anyone blame IPv6 functionality itself at that point? IPv4 does exactly the same in these situations but it's generally less prone to such intermittent connectivity issues And I'm not sure why you want IPv6 enabled when your connection isn't working as it should as proven here.
