Unbound AdBlocking - How to use regex?

Anyone know how to improve unbound AdBlocking capabilities by adding regex rules??

Regex in Unbound would make Unbound adblocking really powerful and inline with PiHole and AdGuardHome.

Examples of some regex blocking that I am looking to add:

Help needed:
How do I add the above regex rules?
Which file, location, etc..?
Instructions or anyone confirm that this is not supported by Unbound in OPNsense
