Curl patch today was for a SOCKS5 issue, that's hardly any concern in OPNsense, and it wasn't included in today's patch since there another issue with curl opened in FreeBSD regarding the default trust store.
libX11 - unsure why that would be a concern either

I use Zenarmor with elasticsearch. Elasticsearch uses libX11.
