Get multiple IPs on WAN via DHCPv4

I think this should be doable, but do I understand correctly that currently it's not possible to essentially do an pseudo-ethernet interface like in VyOS, that allows you to eg get another DHCPv4 lease to another interface, that using another interface as the underlying link?

My ISP gives me 5 IPs per modem MAC, and it needs to be fetched via DHCPv4.
