I had build the nano image with approximately 38 plugins added, the nano image is getting installed on the hardware firewall with configuration:

Processor: Intel dual core
Ram:- 4 GB
Flash drive:- 8GB
Sata:- 500GB

but not booting.

Please guide.

Is this a UEFI system? nano supports legacy BIOS only.

What Maurice said. I've made that mistake a few times too ;)

I have taken old ngfw of local brand and using that hardware configuration as mentioned above, I tried both options UEFI on CF card as well as legacy BIOS in SSD drive but unsuccessful. It is installing but it is not booting.

Nano is not "installing". And if you were "installing" it would be capable of installing all the modes , UFS or ZFS in hybrid mode.  ;)

It would help to tell us what you did to "install" and what the actual issue is booting (blank, error) is and if you tried this image somewhere else and if you built it yourself?

It got installed but not booting.

On different occasions,
1. used ZFS, UFS,
2. installed on CF(Flash)
3. Installed on SATA(500 Gb).

Prepared, bootable USB using RUFUS, and then did changes in boot sequence of BIOS.

got installed on each occasion, changed BIOS boot sequence and tried booting from CF(Flash) or SATA in every Completion of these, however it did not boot and was asking to insert bootable media and press any key

> bootable USB using RUFUS

But why? Seeing you could boot the images to install (again: nano doesn't install anything) the fact that they don't boot afterwards is strange to me.
