Strange errors in logs regarding apps.plugin

I've been seeing many errors in the logs with 23.7.3 (see attached)

I also found a similar reference from this link:

But haven't found a solution or a suggestion as to what this is . . .

Though I'd post here because it's applicable to the latest version !

Not sure what netdata is doing. I don't think it's the plugin that can be fixed at first glance.
