clanav_clamd startup stalling

After the upgrade was finished the system restarted  , GUI seems to work fine, but when checking the CLI it seems to stall on clamav_clamd. Pressing the enter key doesnt change any thing, only a new blank line is added...

After waiting for a long time , it finally passed and now cli is available again
