IPsec to LAN port 22 and 443 blocked after update

After update/upgrade SSH and HTTPS connections from VPN to LAN are dropped. ICMP still works.

I had to enable "Bypass firewall rules for traffic on the same interface" under Firewall -> Settings -> Advanced.
That made it work.

What am I missing?
