BUG: Suricata does not stop

I noticed that since the last update Suricata can not be stopped.
The problem leads to a strange behavior when e.g. new rules are downloaded via cron or Suricata wants to stop via web interface.

Traffic is sometimes not forwarded.

Only via the console per:
"killall -9 suricata" to stop Suricata.
