AD intergration not working?

we recently configured AD Intergration into our zenarmor using version agent 1.3.8, it successfully installs and i follow the instructions except the instructions differ from the application.

when i check the reports, i cant find any user logs

Since all domain controllers have Zenarmor agent installed, please make sure of this.

Can you see user login logs in Windows event logs on Windows DCs?

If there are user login and logout logs, could you restart the Zenarmor Agents on the servers once and check again?
