Unbound Custom Block Page

Has anyone setup a custom block page for Unbound and care to share your setup? I understand you can enter a custom destination address in the UI. Just pondering the easiest/best way to go about delivering that response and how well it even works. Would be nice to not have a page or part of a page simply break when an element is blocked for an ad etc.
First option I thought about spooling up a quick VM running Apache and just host some basic webpage, seems slightly overkill for what I need/want but could probably be done pretty lean. Anyone have example HTML code they'd be willing to share?
Second option I'm not even sure if it exists or if I'd want to use one as I could see some security implications, but are there any publicly available block pages that could be used?

Tried setting up a quick apache server, I stood up a simple page. But looks like browsers don't really care for the IP I'm feeding even with a redirect. Guess this isn't the best implementation in todays TLS world. Oh well, was fun to mess with for a few minutes.
