Unable to setup IPSec VPN connection from mobile (android) and Windows client

I had the ipsec working fine for some time, and today i was notified by one of the persons who is using it often that it is not working anymore , when you try to make a connction (from a windows pc as example) , i get now the error message "Policy Match error".
Since i had it working , no config changes have been applied, no wan ip address changes .. only some update / upgrades of the opnsense firewall software . As i dont test it after every update , dont know since when it is not working anymore , any help is appreciated to get it back working.

When i try to connect using an IOS device(mobile) it is still working fine.
