Timecounter.hardware UI selector?

I can't tell if I'm misremembering or this option used to be in the UI and was removed.

I would swear that there was a dropdown box in the UI to set the timecounter.hardware and I changed it to ACPI-fast on a previous install.

Is this still a thing and I'm just looking in the wrong screens, did it get removed, or what?  I can set the tuneable but I'd like to stick to the UI if the option exists.
