Pardon me? "sfc /scannow"? What are you actually doing? That is a Windows command, if I am not mistaken...
Browsing through the thread, I get the impression, you may be running OpnSense as a Hyper-V guest under Windows?
In that case: I do not know why your NICs are not detected (BTW: where? In Windows or in OpnSense?).
How do you expose the NICs to your OpnSense guest? As virtual interfaces of some sort or by exposing the PCI devices? And before you answer: I do not know a thing about Hyper-V, so these where mainly rhetorical questions.

Ok someone close the topic I'm stupid 💀 there was an option for add hardware at hyper v the whole time ? Wth hahahahaha
