Hi, I have a Deciso DEC-850v1, and I was doing some surgery to add a second SSD so I could implement ZFS, and I borked the A20 board's power connector. The wires pulled out of the connector, and I can't get them to stay back in. Anyone know what kind of 2-pin connector this is, and how to crimp on a new one?

Solder them to the pins of the MB, maybe? Add some heat shrink tubing - done.

My soldering is primitive and I'm afraid that I'd end up de-soldering the pins instead.

I reached out to Deciso and they are Fedexing a replacement cable assembly free of charge, even though my appliance is out of warranty.

Just a guess:

5.5mm x 2.5mm connector You can roughly measure it with a ruler. As a backup a 5.5mm x 2.1mm might be worth having on hand. Guessing center positive.

Kind of surprised they didn't use a screw on locking connector for this application.
