There is no settings-tab. What exactly are you looking for?
i am not an expert... just trying to help...

Do you want to adjust local authentication server use? That would be under System: Settings: Administration.

I tried to use LDAP authentication, I added LDAP server, but couldn't add users with LDAP authentication, only local
