How to apply web filter to individual rules at LAN rule in OPNsense

Guys, i've been searching topics in opnsense forum on how to apply web filter to certain individual rules at LAN rule but fail. Bare with me that i'm new to opnsense and any guidance and assistance deeply appriciated. My opnsense version is OPNsense 18.1.6-i386.
