No more Internet when I use Zenarmor or Intrusion detection

Hello community! I  just installed OPNsense, a week ago, and I have some problems. I'm hoping for some support from the community!
I've tray to use the intrusion detection from the service tab, it work ok for some time and the the system freeze, I get disconnected from WiFi, no more internet, can't get an IP, can't accesses the OPNsense IP to reboot, I have to hard reboot the computer.
Yesterday I've installed Zenarmor on my system, everything ok for some time, then the same problem system freeze, had  to hard reboot de computer.
Another problem is whit my wan , from time to time is disconnecting.
I'm using a Asrock J5040-ITX motherbord, Intel(R) Pentium(R) Silver J5040 CPU @ 2.00GHz (4 cores, 4 threads), and 4 GB DDR4 memory, upgrade it whit another 4 GB, a PCIE x 1 10/100/1000 Mb network card

What is the manufacture of interfaces? Please share interface names (igb(x), em(x), re(x) etc.). Zenarmor and Suricata (IPS mode only) use netmap which is an Operating System subsystem to grab packets off the wire. Netmap is not fully compatible with all interfaces. Your issue could be a netmap incompatible issue.

Disable offloading twice.
