22.1.6 Update - Cannot access certain websites/services

OK, when IPv6 is disabled, it cannot be that.

So what do you get when you ping or traceroute a non-functioning site? I assume the IPs can be resolved, so it must be possible to see if the packets are passing NAT/firewall to the outside or where they get lost?
