unable to reinstall zenarmor

when i upgrade previously from 23.1.7, firewall go down.
i had to reinitialise everything.
everything works but zenarmor.
I upgrade to 23.1.8
I had to reinstall zenarmor
i check agree terms of service
I see :
cpu model: intel(R) core(TM)i7-8550 cpu @ 1.80ghz
cpu score 676572
physical memory size: 16gb
congratulations! your hadware looks great.
but the bar din't progress and nothing happens (1h).
I reinsttall zenarmor but no change.

active subscription from  almost  3 y
what should i do?

Could you please check if you can see any errors in the browser console? Additionally, it may be necessary to examine the file at tmp/zenarmor_update.progress path. It would be advisable to contact support for further assistance.

Learned it from Safe Online Antivirus: you have to delete every trace of it (Zenarmor), then reboot, before proceeding with reinstall.

Use:

find / -iname "*sensei*"
find / -iname "*zenarmor*"

and rm -fr accordingly.

Login as administrator and root (I check that).
But I receive the message "permission denied"
Is there somme specificities related to freebsd?
I gogle but didn't find any solution.

Hi,

It seems that there is file permission issue on the OPNsense. Maybe Zenarmor can not write to the installation folder. Who seems the owner for /usr/local folder?
