[Solved]: Major Latency Watching YouTube videos

Hey all. I could use some suggestions on a problem that seems to be plaguing me every so often (i.e. the last few months).
I'm running 22.1.4_1. I have IPS mode activated. I'm using Unbound with TLS pointing to Cleanbrowsing DNS and with a custom block list to block ads. I only have one WAN gateway interface and one LAN interface. I've set up FL_CODELQ for basic shaping to see if it will help my problem (spoiler: it doesn't). I've also installed Netdata to watch router performance.
So, here's my issue. Normal browsing/working from home/etc., I have no issues in performance. I have RTT of 2.3, RTTd between 0.1-0.3 with 0% packet loss. I'll then start watching YouTube videos and, after a while (and by "while", it could be 15 min, it could be an hour), I'll notice my internet connection slow down or stop. RTT and RTTd jump up like crazy (last time, it jumped up to 455 and 329 respectively). Netdata doesn't show any issues with memory, CPU or anything else. I am at a loss for what could be causing the issue.
Has anyone else seen this before? If so, how have you resolved it? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

Assuming other clients on the lan are behaving normally, the signs seem to suggest an issue external to OPN.

We’ll, I figured out the culprit as it was happening on other clients as well. I turned off Intrusion Detection and I haven’t had any latency problems since. Running in IDS mode only still caused latency but turning off Suricata works.
