Missing function call - get_dyndns_ip()

Updated my test system to RC and seeing error warning - the get_dyndns_ip() function is undefined. Checked and it's missing from util.inc where it used to be.

You need to update os-dyndns / os-rfc2136 in your installation as well as I suspect you used core.git to update and not the RC1.
