FRR OSPF distribute route for OpenVPN Interface

I'm trying to distribute OpenVPN routes through FRR. Neighbors' routing table shows the OpenVPN subnet with a /32 mask like 10.0.9/32 instead of a /24. I had the same issue in pfsense and fixed it in a pfsense forum post. How would I do this in Opnsense?
