HAProxy plugin / File based Log (non-Circular)

As mentioned in some earlier posts from different members there is an unsolved issue with HaProxy logs when using the new non circular file based local logging starting with V20.7.
When using non circular logs HaProxy only logs start infos but no more actions.
Is there any solution ?
