Revisiting NordVPN setup

Hi all,
I have looked at archived posts on setting up NordVPN from here

Two questions:
1. Has anything notably changed in the installation pertaining to usage on 21.1?
2. What changes need to be made to the setup if I am using a NordVPN dedicated IP?

You connect to it as you would any NordVPN OpenVPN server from the looks of their support pages.

Dedicated IPs only work with OpenVPN, so just connect to the right server.

Question from a newbie.  Built and setup a new device and followed the NORD help.  OPNSense worked fine, for a while.  Had to "renew" the connection to find a Nordvpn server that wouldn't bog down.  Bandwidth at times would slow 80%.  How do you get a dedicated server from Nord?

They don't do dedicated servers but dedicated IPs https://nordvpn.com/features/dedicated-ip/

How did you connect to NordVPN using OPNsense? OpenVPN? 80% speed drop or 80% of what you can get  off VPN?

Thanks.  I did see dedicated IP on the NordVPN website.  Also, to answer, I was losing 80% bandwidth according to speedtest.net with the OpenVPN client up (that is how I connected to Nord).   I used tutorial to setup connection: https://support.nordvpn.com/Connectivity/Router/1292598142/OPNsense-19-1-setup-with-NordVPN.htm.  Now I just need to figure out firewall rules......
