Router lost settings?

I had perfectly fine running Opnsense 20.7 installation on Qotom box with 6 ports.
The power got cut on the box. When it came back up, no ethernet cables were attached. I reattached the 3 ethernet cable, WAN, one to a switch and one to wireless AP point.
I cannot connect to router via LAN, and not internet access from LAN.
I have got a windows laptop connected via ethernet to what is labeled 1 on QOTOM box. I can connect to WEB interface. Any other port I cannot. In the web interface I see LAN on igb1, LAN on igb0 and WAN on igb5 in assignments.
in overview, I can see LAN on opt1,igb1 (Status Down), LAN on lan, igb0, WAN on wan igb5 (Status no carrier).
I can twirl down igb1 and igb5, but not igb0
How do I get access on the other ports on this QOTOM box. My recollection is the WAN was on 1, the lan on 2 and 3.
