Why do I have to provide my credit card details for a free trial and then I have to cancel the subscription if I don't want to continue? You mention a "seamless subscription experience" but it's nonsense... in my humble opinion, this is not he right way to acquire potential customers...

Actually, credit card requirement was put in place during the pilot phase; where we have witnessed a possibility of misuse (a few people creating multiple trial licenses with multiple accounts).

Having said that, in countries like Germany we understand that credit cards are not so common and are exploring ways to better provide this opportunity.
