Backup restored, unable to install or update plugin or opnsense

Hi all,

Last saturday i restored my backup to other device after hardware failure of the old device.
After restore im unable to update opnsense or install a plugin.

error when i try to install plugin:

when i try to update:
Could not authenticate the selected mirror.

how can i fix this issue?

remove the fake letsencrypt cert under System: Trust: Authorities and fixed...
