After 20.7 upgrade, routing stops every 24-36 hours

I found it is almost a daily occurrence now that the routing will die every 24-36 hours.  No new traffic in/out connections on WAN.  I found that if I hit restart on Suricata it fixes it on the dashboard.  I have my backups and can roll back to 20.1 but I hate to do that.  Anything else I should look for on this before rolling back?

Using a Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-4130T CPU @ 2.90GHz (4 cores) with 16gb of RAM and an Intel Ethernet Server Adapter I350-T4 card.

Hardware checksum, hardware TCP seg offload, hardware receive offload are already disabled and VLAN hardware filtering is disabled as well.
