Setting DHCP Reservations disconnected hosts

I was setting up an OPNSense router as a replacement for another router, and I was hoping to be able to pre-configure DHCP reservations on the device before swapping it in, but I can't seem to find out how to do this. It looks like you can only assign reservations for devices that are in the DHCP lease table and there is no way to manually create reservations. Am I missing something? What's the correct process for this?

Services --> DHCPv4 --> [LAN] (or whatever interface you want the reservation on)
If you scroll to the bottom, there is a table of DHCP static mappings, and you can push the plus button to add reservations for devices that are not currently connected, assuming you know the MAC address or hostname.
