Where do I find the migration notes?

I saw the notices especially the one that says "This software release has reached its designated end of life." so I thought I had better update to the latest.

The update message recommends that I do some due diligence before updating and the first is to "Make sure to read the migration notes ". I looked at the documentation and the last release there is the 20.1 series. Where do I find the migration notes?

Any pointers will be appreciated.

I also found the changelog for 20.1.8 to 20.7rc1 which completed the picture for me.
