Help to update from 20.1 to 20.1.7

I am in 20.1, but when I check for updates, always return "There are no updates available on the selected mirror"
I had tried with different mirrors, always the same message
is there a way to update manually (download a file and install it)?

Did you try to update via console? Maybe problems with IPv6?
