MiniUPNP never joins multicast group

Hi guys,

I have a Cisco 3750 with iOS15 with igmp snooping & querier on.  When I start/re-start the miniupnpd, a tcpdump shows it send to 239.255.255.250 but the switch never sees a join to the group.  When I start my PS3/XB1X, I see it join the 239.255.255.250 multicast group, but since the opnsense box w/ miniupnp isn't a member of the group it never gets the requests from the consoles to open ports & everything doesn't work.

Obviously if you have a dumb switch (that doesn't support IGMP snooping/querier) then everything "just works" (since multicast is flooded).

I was able to manually fixing this by creating a static join on the 3750 for the opnsense box to 239.255.255.250.

Anyone else seen this problem?
