Alias on ASN level??

Would it be possible to make alias as ASN??
So I wouldnt have to take care of the IP's but associate an ASN and assume it will take care of itself??
That would minimize maintenance and nuisance for the clients trying to connect when changing IP address...

Create an URL table alias with
http://asn.blawk.net/
<ASN>, e.g.
http://asn.blawk.net/2906
for Netflix ASN
