haproxy widget

Hi all,

it is not really possible to push old posts (https://forum.opnsense.org/index.php?topic=9684.0#msg44149)
- so I write a new one.
It would be great if there was a haproxy widget for the dashboard.

My decision to move from pfsense to opnsense in the next weeks is not in question, but it is one of the widgets I appreciate the most on pfsense.

Feature request is best made here: https://github.com/opnsense/plugins/issues/new/choose

As a general policy we want direct access to authors of issue reports / feature requests for testing and discussion.
