Plzz help me out how to upload blacklist websites file in firewall to block them for LAN

I downloaded bunch of blacklisted ip from internet now I want to upload that file of Ip on firewall to block them plzz help me out

There is any way so that I can block multiple website at the same time...means by blocking certificate we only block one website at a time ...but I want to block multiple at same time

There is one file in etc/blacklist.conf can any body tell me what is the use of that file
