NTOPNG will not start

I had a problem with Redis and Ntopng.  They both stopped working.  Following links etc. within the forum I deleted the Redis DB and managed to get that working :-)  Now however NTOPNG refuses to start.

What I am not sure about is how does NTOPNG know where to find the Redis service and how does it know what the password for the service is?  Or is the password only relevant for direct access to redis?

Oh!  I just did it because it seemed to indicate I should.  I will go and kill it  :-)
