Port fowarding fails

Hi all, I'm a little new. Basically I've scowered the internet and can't find a reason that my port fowarding won't work.

That's my current config. Everything else works like it should, and I can successfully connect to the server from it's local address. OPNsense is up-to-date as of right now.
