Captive Portal + transparent Web Proxy + traffic shaper

Hello, i testing Captive portal + Transparent web proxy, it's perfect and easy at configure...

But my problem is when i activate traffic shaper for guest interface...

portal redirection notr works and traffic not passes through the proxy

what's solution for that?
