Does NAT work on the OPT interface in another OPT interface on VLAN networks?

Hello,

I have 4 interfaces

WAN -   LAN (10.2.1.200)
           OPT2_vlan4(10.2.4.30)
           OPT3_vlan6(10.16.1.254) --- host(10.16.1.100)

From the side of the OPT1 interface come about 150 networks go to port 80 of the address 10.2.4.30 (actually it is the port at the address 10.16.1.100). Network 10.16.1.0/24 does not know anything about 150 networks!
a task:
1. From the OPT1 interface, make the forward port on the host 10.16.1.100
2. Outgoing nat need to do?
Is it realistic to do this? Does NAT work on the OPT interface in another OPT interface on VLAN networks?
What is done:
firewall is open, routes are.
If    Proto    Address    Ports    Address    Ports    IP    Ports    Description
   OPT2_    TCP      *       * OPT2_MIS address    80 (HTTP)    10.16.1.100    80 (HTTP)    TEST

Version 17.7.4

Please help.

Hi there,

You refer to OPT1 but describe OPT2_vlan4 and OPT3_vlan6... which one is it?

Cheers,
