Cheerio!
I recently switched (as a long-term user) from pfSense to OPNSense. Installed it on several smaller systems and I'm happy with it :-)
I'm currently planning a new router for industrial use and would like to know how compatible OPNSense is.
Mainboard: Supermicro X11SSH-LN4F (4x onboard LAN for WAN use)
RAM: 2x8GB DDR4 2400 ECC
CPU: Intel XEON E3-1220 v6 4 core 3,0GHz
2x 150GB Intel SSD DC S3520 (RAID1)
2x 700W hot swap psus
4x Intel Pro 1000 PT Quad Port
Internet connections (modem to WAN):
3x VDSL 50k
1x FTTH 1,000/250
Are there any known issues with these components?
thx in advance
